As an award winning researcher in youth baseball, the prospect of President Biden reestablishing Cuban- USA relations gives me hope that I can complete my research. 

We have created a credit card size table to determine talent by speed or distance thrown. My research team has been to all the countries where Major League Baseball recruits their international talent.

While Cuba remains politically at bay, there is no doubt this small island in the Caribbean has amazing talent just waiting to be studied .

On at least three occasions, youth baseball research trips had been planned and approved, but while entrance into the country was no issue, timely exit was not a guarantee.

I hope this potential fourth time will be more fruitful. Stay tuned!
