Quick Bio
Dr. Tooze was born in Rochester, N.Y and was raised in Erie, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA in 1973 and subsequently his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He then completed in five year residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. This included a six month rotation of chief resident at the Rothman Institute
