Interventional Treatment of Adult Spine and JointDr. Chiu is a double board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine Physician. Dr. Chiu successfully led the Christiana Care Comprehensive Pain Center as the Chief of Pain Medicine, Medical Director, Clinical Lead, and Provider Champion of Patient Experience. Dr. Chiu joins First State Orthopaedics to provide improved access and care to the Delaware community. Dr Chiu specializes in non-opioid, minimally invasive, state-of-the-art technology, and interventional options using a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Interventional treatment options include nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, joint injections (Facet, Sacroiliac, Shoulder, Hip, Knee), trigger point injections, and other specialized procedures (Radiofrequency Ablation, Regenerative Medicine, and more).
